Prijzen
In principe worden prijzen op onze site aangegeven inclusief BTW. Sommige prijzen worden in het oranje vermeld. Dit zijn prijzen exclusief BTW.

Bestellen
Je hebt een interessant product gevonden en wilt dat bestellen, maar kunt geen winkelwagen vinden. Dat klopt helaas. Bij AP kun je momenteel alleen bestellen door ons te mailen, te faxen of te bellen. De meeste klanten kiezen ervoor om te bellen, zodat we direct alle benodigde gegevens kunnen noteren. Wanneer je een bestelling wilt plaatsen voor een bedrijf, houdt dan ook je BTW nummer bij de hand. Ook kunnen we eerst geheel vrijblijvend een offerte voor je maken en als je geheel tevreden bent plaats je de order. AP levert dus zowel aan bedrijven als aan particulieren.

Betalen
Je kunt bij AP natuurlijk contant betalen als je bestelde producten worden afgehaald. Mochten wij de producten naar je verzenden, dan geldt dat je bij ons alleen kunt bestellen op basis van vooruitbetaling of onder rembours. Vaste klanten hebben een streepje voor en bestellen op rekening. Houdt rekening met verzendkosten.

Verzenden en Verzendkosten
Wanneer je in de gelegenheid bent de producten af te halen, dan maken we een afspraak met je wanneer je bestelling klaar ligt. Mocht je niet langs kunnen komen, dan verzenden we de goederen vrijwel altijd met de TPG. We hanteren momenteel de verzendkosten, zoals door de TPG opgegeven, op basis van gewicht en aanvullende diensten.

Pricing
All prices mentioned on our website are inclusive Dutch 19% VAT. For business customers within the EU, we can trade without the VAT if we have the necessary data from your company. After a VAT number check we might trade without VAT according to the European rules about this subject. The prices without VAT can be retrieved through the following simple formula: [Price mentioned on site incl. VAT] : 1,19 = price without VAT. For companies outside the EU we can only sell for the prices incl. the 19% Dutch VAT.

Ordering
AP delivers to everyone who wants to buy something from us. If you want to order, please give us a call or simply sent us an email with your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order, with the total amount of money incl. shipping. Please always mention the address to where the goods have to be sent.

Paying
AP delivers in Holland on a 'pay in advance' basis and we can ship 'onder rembours', which means you pay the goods at the moment they are delivered. Currently we can only ship goods outside of Holland on a 'pay in advance' basis. You transfer the total amount of money for you order into our bank account and immediately when the payment is received, we ship the products to you.

Shipment costs
When you want to get the products from us yourself, you don't pay shipment costs of course. When we have to ship the goods to your home or company, we use the Dutch TNT to transport the goods. We always count the actual shipping costs of this company for your order. The price you have to pay is incl this shipping.
